Loft della Vigna

Con algunas deficiencias Positive: Ubicación y amplitud y agradezco que me hayan dejado entrar antes de hora. Negative: La dificultad para obtener la dirección exacta ya que al reservar te dan una dirección falsa luego me dijo el anfitrión que me la pasaría en cuanto les mande la foto de mis pasaportes cosa que no fué cierto, y luego me la daria cuando la habitación esté casi lista, lo cual me hizo dudar ya que jamás me hicieron tal cosa. Al departamento le faltan dos cosas básicas : Una limpieza profunda y mejor mantenimiento.

Great stay in Florence Positive: Location was amazing. A very comfortable one bedroom loft. Negative: The only thing it lacked was a coffee bar in the loft.

Comfortable enough but we would not stay here again. Positive: Location is great. Apartment is large. Negative: The apartment had a mix of nice decor and ikea furnishings which made the feeling a bit odd. The bathroom had a bad odour. The hot water in the shower lasted only for 1 person so we had to wait some time for the water to heat up again. The host was nice but got defensive when we asked about things which ruined the mood of our visit a little. We were also told to take the garbage bags out and deposit them somewhere on the street before we left which we found very strange.

Было бы хорошо добавить некоторые мелочи на кухне: салфетки, полотенца, заменить побитую посуду. Замена окон решила бы п Positive: Поездка 23-25 марта. Самый большой и пожалуй единственный плюс этого жилья - расположение. Близко к вокзалу, к многим достопримечательностям, много куда можно дойти пешком. Жилье легко найти и заселится. Удобная кровать. Negative: Это действительно старая квартира, в ней стойкий запах сырости, мало света( дневного и электрического). Не очень приятно принимать душ- в душевой кабине следы плесени. На кухне грязная посуда и разбитая, нет салфеток, мыла для рук. Некорректно работала посудомоечная машина, мы узнали об этом после того, как включили ее-хозяин нас не предупредил. В квартире очень плохая звукоизоляция. Ощущение того, что вы на шумной магистрали мегаполиса. Даже при закрытых окнах слышны шаги людей по тротуару (
